Charlie set up Williams Commercial in 2012 to focus on office and retail agency in South Manchester and Cheshire. Prior to this he spent over a decade working in Manchester City Centre for Berkeley Brown in their commercial agency practice. He has extensive knowledge of his market and has been involved in some of the leading office developments in the area over the last few years as well as cementing the business as the go to agency practice for the local markets in and around Wilmslow, Knutsford, Altrincham and Manchester Airport.

Mark joined the business as Co-Director in late 2015 following 12 years at King Sturge/JLL working up to Director level in the hugely successful Industrial Agency team. Mark joined to grow the industrial and logistics side of the business and has quickly established Williams Sillitoe as market leading advisors in the South Manchester and Cheshire market in these sectors as well as establishing a foothold in the associated investment and development sectors of the industrial market. Key focus areas are Trafford Park, Manchester Airport & surrounding estates, M6 corridor through Cheshire and the Southern arc of the M60 including the key locations of Bredbury, Stockport, Altrincham.

Simon Joined Williams Sillitoe in late 2015 following 2 ½ successful years at Miller Group completing their Graduate Scheme, working across House Building, Development and Construction departments. Prior to that graduated from Liverpool University with a 2:1 Under Graduate degree and completed a Masters in Real Estate & Property Management at Salford University. Simon deals day to day with all aspects of the agency side of the business including office, industrial and retail and has rapidly progressed to Associate Director level following 3 successful years working alongside Charlie and Mark. Out of work Simon enjoys hacking his way around Ringway Golf Course and is an avid Everton FC Fan.

Vicky joined Williams Sillitoe in February 2020 as Office Manager for the company and is from an events, marketing, training and PA background. Vicky manages the day to day running of the office including organising viewings, dealing with enquiries as well as updating the website and looking after the company’s social media.
